DJI Care Refresh DJI Osmo Action 6 (two-year plan)

DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you - for a fee - to replace a damaged product with a new one. It covers damage caused even through the user's fault. The service can be activated at any time - a verification video will need to be sent to DJI 30 days after activating the device. The total time of the service, including extensions is 3 years, and that's up to 6 replacements! For more information, see below.

DJI Osmo Action 6

For DJI Osmo Action 6, the replacement cost under DJI Care Refresh is 119 PLN. DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements.*.

*When an accident is reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount is subject to change depending on the current exchange rate.

Warranty extension options

DJI Care Refresh also provides additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine or DJI Action 2, and you don't use the replacement once during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh?

1. go to the websitehttps://support.dji.com/care/active.

2. During the activation process, enter your Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (found directly on the product) and your information (name, email address).

3. the service will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email.

Accident - and what next?

The procedure for dealing with an accident is very simple. You just need to report the accident and send the damaged equipment to DJI's warranty service - remember to add a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you opt for it or want a replacement as part of the service. If you choose the second option, pay the appropriate amount - you will receive the replaced equipment as a priority. What's more, if you are in the same region where the service package was purchased, shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer!

 

1. report the malfunction and send the camera to DJI's German service center with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh.

2.When you receive a repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

3. Once you have selected DJI Care Refresh, pay for the replacement - you will then receive another unit or new replacement parts, for example, a gimbal, camera, propellers.

4. the replaced product will be delivered to you with priority and free shipping.

What is not covered by DJI Care Refresh?

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned product.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of the product.

5) Damage to the case that does not affect the operation of the product.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.

7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.

8) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.

9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.

Option to extend protection*

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service protection to a maximum of 3 years. If you wish to do so, purchase an additional annual plan.

 

- In case of DJI Care Refresh annual plan, it is possible to extend the protection 2 times by purchasing 2 consecutive annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.

- In the case of the DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan, it is possible to extend protection only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Note: it is not possible to extend protection by purchasing another 2-year plan.

To extend the protection, the following conditions must be met:

- Purchase DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following options: annual plan DJI Care Refresh / 2-year plan DJI Care Refresh / annual plan DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh + / annual plan DJI Care Refresh and additional annual plan (renewal).

 

- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
