Description
Description
Our engine friction modifier treatment is specially formulated for lubrication systems where maximum protection is required against extreme pressures, metal-to-metal friction wear, and high temperatures.
The engine friction modifier treatment is neither a lubricant nor an additive. It does not modify the technical characteristics of lubricants; it uses the lubricant as a vehicle to access metal parts, protecting them for long periods of time.
The friction modifier treatment for engines does not contain any solid particles in its composition, such as: PTFE, Molybdenum, graphite, ceramic, silicon, etc.
The engine friction modifier treatment is a low SAPS (low saturated ash) friction modifier, being compatible with all Low SAPS engine oils on the market.
Properties
Increases:
- Engine compression.
- Lubrication.
- The quality of the lubricant.
- The life of engines, bearings and machinery.
Decreases:
- The formation of varnishes and sludge.
- Engine temperature.
- Oil consumption.
- Friction in engines up to 70%.
- Internal noises in motors and gears.
Compatibilities:
- Applicable to all types of engines, diesel, gasoline, gas, etc.
- Optimal performance in all types of manual transmissions.
- Guaranteed for 80,000 km on cars or 1,500 working hours.
- Compatibility with synthetic and mineral lubricants, greases etc.
- It does not alter the viscosity and composition of lubricants.
Applications
- Motor vehicles and heavy equipment: Trucks, cars, public works machinery, tractors, forklifts, etc.
- Transmissions: manual
- Differentials: reduces wear on the gears
- All types of bearings
- Electric motors: extending the life of the axle bearing
Instructions for use
In automotive oils:
- Engines with 5 L to 6 L of oil (passenger cars): add 50 ml for each liter.
- Larger capacity engines (4x4s, vans, trucks, agricultural machinery, nautical equipment, etc.): add 30 ml per liter of oil.
Important
After adding TMF 2000, run the engine at idle for 5 to 10 minutes.
Available in formats: 250 ml/1 L/5 L
