The DJI Care Refresh+ service is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI on its products. During its term, you can make, for a small fee , one replacement of damaged equipment. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, make sure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.

Damage coverage

Damage caused by operator error, contact with water, a fall or signal interference during use is covered.

When an accident occurs

1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the product to DJI service with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh+.

2.The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh+.

(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee.

4. the replaced or repaired product is delivered to the user on a priority basis. Transportation costs are covered by DJI.
