LARGE SILICONE BAKING MAT 30x40cm

HAS MICRO PERFORATED – this micro-perforated mat means faster heat distribution and moisture evaporation. Thanks to the holes the heat spreads evenly across the surface of the mat, guaranteeing perfect baking both on the top and bottom.

DOUBLE SIDED – the mat is double-sided. On one side there is a printed pattern of an “elongated” cookie, eclair type, which makes it easier to spread the dough on the cookies. The other side is without a pattern.

SILICONE WITH FIBERGLASS – the mat is made of silicone with a fiberglass core, which means it can withstand both high and low temperatures. The mat is non-stick , which means there is no need to use additional baking paper when baking.

ANTI-SLIP – the structure of the mat is anti-slip, it does not move on the countertop, baking tray or mesh when applying the dough.
