- DOUBLE SIDED – the mat is double-sided. On one side there is a printed pattern of an “elongated” cookie, eclair type, which makes it easier to spread the dough on the cookies. The other side is without a pattern.
- SILICONE WITH FIBERGLASS – the mat is made of silicone with a fiberglass core, which means it can withstand both high and low temperatures. The mat is non-stick , which means there is no need to use additional baking paper when baking.
