Terms and Conditions

1. General information

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made in the online store www.megaluks.eu (the “Webshop”).

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Prices and product information

All prices in the Webshop are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees depend on the chosen method and destination and are displayed during checkout before payment.

Product photos are illustrative; actual packaging or appearance may vary due to manufacturer updates.

3. Ordering process, payment and conclusion of contract

3.1 Placing an order

To place an order, the Customer adds products to the shopping cart, fills in the required information, and selects a delivery and payment method.

Before confirming the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review and correct the entered data.

3.2 Payment methods

Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Bank cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other supported cards);

  • Online payment solutions offered in the Webshop;

  • Bank transfer (if available);

  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Card payments are processed via a secure payment environment. Bright Lab OÜ does not store or have access to the Customer’s full card details.

3.3 Confirmation of order

After successful payment, the Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail to the address provided during checkout. The confirmation includes details of the purchased products, total amount paid, chosen delivery method and billing information.

3.4 Conclusion of contract

The sales contract is considered concluded once the payment is successfully received by Bright Lab OÜ.

If a product cannot be delivered (e.g. out of stock or due to an error), Bright Lab OÜ will notify the Customer as soon as possible and refund all payments within 14 days.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are available to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and other EU countries.

Delivery partners may include Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost, Venipak, DHL or other logistics providers.

Delivery times (estimated):

  • Estonia: 1–4 working days

  • Latvia, Lithuania, Finland: 3–7 working days

  • Other EU countries: up to 14 working days

In exceptional cases (e.g. logistics disruptions or force majeure), delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Delivery time starts from the moment the payment has been received.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer.

5. Cancellation of order and right of withdrawal (14 days)

5.1 Cancellation before dispatch

The Customer has the right to cancel the order before the goods have been handed over to the delivery service.

Cancellation must be notified by e-mail to mv@bigibuy.ee or via other contact details published in the Webshop.

If the order has already been paid, the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds are always made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

5.2 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU and Estonian consumer protection legislation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Bright Lab OÜ by sending a clear written statement to mv@bigibuy.ee within the 14-day period.

Returned goods must be:

  • unused and undamaged;

  • in original packaging;

  • complete and clean;

  • with all labels and seals intact.

If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, Bright Lab OÜ may reduce the refundable amount accordingly.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the returned item was incorrect or defective.

5.3 Refund procedure

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date Bright Lab OÜ receives the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

Bright Lab OÜ reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of return shipment.

6. Warranty and complaints

The Customer has the right to submit complaints in accordance with EU and Estonian laws.

New products (consumers):

  • 2-year statutory complaint period

  • During the first 6 months, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless proven otherwise

Used/refurbished products:

  • 1-year complaint period unless stated otherwise

Legal entities:

  • Complaint period 6–12 months depending on agreement

Warranty is void if:

  • the product was misused or handled negligently;

  • unauthorized repair was attempted;

  • the serial number is removed or altered;

  • the product was damaged after purchase.

7. Liability

Bright Lab OÜ is not liable for:

  • damages caused by improper use of the product;

  • delays or failures caused by third parties or force majeure;

  • indirect damages or loss of profit.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Bright Lab OÜ, available in the Webshop.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiations.
