1. General information
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made in the online store www.megaluks.eu
(the “Webshop”).

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Prices and product information
All prices in the Webshop are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery fees depend on the chosen method and destination and are displayed during checkout.
Product photos are illustrative; actual packaging or appearance may vary due to manufacturer updates.
3. Ordering process and conclusion of contract
To place an order, the Customer adds products to the cart, fills in required information and chooses a delivery and payment method.
The contract is considered concluded once the payment is received by Bright Lab OÜ.
If a product cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), Bright Lab OÜ will notify the Customer and refund all payments within 14 days.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are available to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and other EU countries.
Delivery partners may include Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost, Venipak, DHL or other logistics providers.
Delivery times:
• Estonia: 1–4 working days
• Latvia, Lithuania, Finland: 3–7 working days
• Other EU countries: up to 14 days
In exceptional cases (logistics disruptions), delivery may take up to 45 days.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
Returned goods must be:
• unused and undamaged
• in original packaging
• complete and clean
• with all labels intact
If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics, Bright Lab OÜ may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the returned item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or a return shipment proof.
6. Warranty and complaints
The Customer has the right to submit complaints according to EU and Estonian laws.
New products (consumers):
• 2-year statutory complaint period
• During the first 6 months, defects are presumed to have existed at purchase
Used/refurbished products:
• 1-year complaint period unless stated otherwise
Legal entities:
• Complaint period 6–12 months depending on agreement
Warranty is void if:
• the product was misused or handled negligently
• unauthorized repair was attempted
• the serial number is removed or altered
• the product was damaged after purchase

7. Liability
Bright Lab OÜ is not liable for:
• damages caused by improper use of the product
• delays or failures caused by third parties or force majeure
• indirect loss or loss of profit
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Bright Lab OÜ, available in the Webshop.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiations.
